Whether it be a staff conference or a team’s celebration event we have extensive experience in being able to deliver what our client wants… while adding our Brighter touch to make the event all the more memorable.
For a home furnishings retailer, our brief was to include their logo into the set design. The team decided on featuring their logo on a colour changing LED fixture which was suspended from the ceiling. This created a stunning visual spectacle which flowed from the stage to the ceiling which delighted the 500 delegates in attendance.
One client wanted us to take care of their celebration night for 1,300 delegates. The leading wellness retailer requested a party theme so we decided on bunting and illuminated lanterns across, and along, three trusses. We added a central LED screen with projector screens either side so we could display a mix of content as well as including additional curved trussing either side of the LED wall.
Another big task entrusted to us was a Greatest Showman themed event for 1,250 delegates. A spacious stage was required. We then ground stacked a large central LED wall which we integrated into the house LED screens either side. Eye candy lighting was added around these screens while various props were added around the room to add to the overall theme.
A discount retail chain asked us to deliver an event for 1,800 of its employees. Our brief was to create a conference space, which would also double up as a party space later in the day. Our plan was to showcase content on a central LED wall with two arches of truss over the stage. This truss was adorned with a mix of moving and static lighting fixtures. And to transform the event space for the evening party, we included eight lasers to give it a club feel.
