Hot for 2025 is one of London’s newest hotels, the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair.
Having opened early this year, this boutique hotel, with spa and wellness area, takes luxury to another level and provides a sanctuary for guests away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
The hotel is ready and waiting to offer you the perfect event space to spoil guests if you’re wanting to really make your delegates feel special.
If it’s a meeting space you require, then the hotel is equipped with three boardrooms, with a capacity for up to 14, 20 or 25 guests.
The Akira Back restaurant which can seat 145 people for dinner (or 250 for a reception) serves Japanese food with a Korean-American influence, alongside impressive cocktails.
There are a number of private dining rooms available too, where the food can be paired with hand selected wines by the expert, in-house, sommeliers.
Also available is the 85-guest Abar Lounge which can serve your group cocktails – a dedicated team is on hand to organise a memorable event to fit your requirements.
Add to that the DOSA – which you can exclusively hire - where chef Akira Beck will welcome up to 14 people to experience London’s newest chef’s table.
Then there’s the Abar Rooftop, where you can host the ultimate event for up to 50 people while enjoying panoramic views of London’s skyline.

We’re looking forward to seeing the Treehouse in Manchester early in 2025.
There have been a number of delays but all it has done is build the excitement as SH Hotels & Resorts group prepares to open its doors following the opening of its similar venue in London.
With 224 guest bedrooms, including 14 suites, it looks like being a great location for potential clients wanting a place to gather their colleagues.
Less than 20km from the airport, the venue will have seven meetings room – the biggest event space measuring 430 square metres.
It’s the perfect place bring delegates together with a screening room which is ideal for corporate presentations or intimate gatherings.
And it’ll work well for a photo shoot or a press launch with the venue offering all the hospitality you will need.

Estelle Manor, the Grade-II listed luxury rural retreat in Oxfordshire, has revealed exciting plans for early 2025 with a new dedicated 540 square metre event space, Fallow House.
The venue will sit on the west side of the 85-acre estate and feature three meeting areas, including a private dining room and a grand room which can accommodate up to 100 people.
You’ll also find The Orangery, The Manor Boardroom, The Billiards Private Dining Room, The Billiards Room, The Library, The Potting Shed, The Glasshouse and Hollyhock – all great event spaces which can accommodate from 10 to 70 delegates.
This new event space will complement the wide range of meeting spaces at the 108-bedroom which boasts four restaurants, a spa and a swimming pool – making it a perfect away day destination for any corporate client.
While there, delegates can take part in archery, axe throwing, air rifle and clay pigeon shooting – do it individually or you can make it more competitive in teams.
You can also enjoy an off-roading experience or get up close and personal to the estate livestock – there’s even an introduction to falconry activity too.
