Phillips 66 Limited - the home of the Humber Refinery and JET Petrol - wanted us to plan everything for its Power Ahead Conference for 200 people, 30 of those being staff.

We designed the registration website, a mobile app, as well as sorting all the hotel and travel and accommodation arrangements.

And we liaised with the amazing Dubrovnik-based 360° incentives & MoRe Destination Management Company to ensure the delegates got to enjoy as much of Croatia as they could in the short time we were there.

After checking in at the Hotel Dubrovnik Palace guests enjoyed welcome drinks and then lunch while taking in the breathtaking views over the Adriatic from their 5* base.

While registering for the event, delegates were able to take their pick from a number of activities that we had planned over the next couple of days.

During the afternoon, people enjoyed a drinks reception on a cable car ride, others took a leisurely stroll on a walking tour of the city, while another group explored the magnificent city walls.

The curtain was then brought down on the first day with a barbecue on the beach, complemented by a DJ providing music for the occasion.

First up for the second day, delegates met up for various business sessions, while their partners and other guests enjoyed treatments in the luxurious spa.

And following lunch, delegates got to see more of the locality thanks to a Renault cabrio tour before a tasting trip to a local village.

Then it was time some more activities, some chose to hop on a galleon for a cruise with entertainment, while some of the delegates decided on discovering Lokrum Island experience with a drinks reception.

For some of the more adventurous delegates they headed out to sea to kayak around the city walls before everyone enjoyed a gala dinner at Visnjica.

They were serenaded by a saxophonist during a drinks reception and a local band finished the final night’s party in style.

Day three saw the 200-strong party depart the hotel and return to the airport to fly home with many vowing to return to see more of Croatia in the near future.
